1. Return Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Size issues
- Wrong item received
- Damaged product
Return Request Timeline
Customers must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.
Return Shipping
- Reverse pickup is not available
- Customers are required to self-ship the product for returns
Shipping Charges
- If the issue is from our side (wrong/damaged product), we will cover the shipping cost
- If the return is due to incorrect size selection or wrong order placed by the customer, the customer is responsible for both forward and return shipping charges
2. Eligibility for Returns / Refunds
We offer returns or refunds under the following conditions:
- The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
- The wrong item has been delivered
- The product does not match the description or images on our website
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- All original contents must be included (invoice, tags, packaging, etc.)
- A return/refund request must be made within 3 days of delivery
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer returns or refunds for:
- Items purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers

6. Shipping Policy
- Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier services or speed post
- Delivery will be completed within 7 days from the date of order/payment (subject to courier norms)
- 7Man Menswear is not liable for delays caused by courier partners
- Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout
- Delivery confirmation will be sent via email
