Refund, Return & Shipping Policy

At 7Man Menswear (Metro Traders), we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to deliver high-quality products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.


1. Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Size issues
  • Wrong item received
  • Damaged product

Return Request Timeline

Customers must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

Return Shipping

  • Reverse pickup is not available
  • Customers are required to self-ship the product for returns

Shipping Charges

  • If the issue is from our side (wrong/damaged product), we will cover the shipping cost
  • If the return is due to incorrect size selection or wrong order placed by the customer, the customer is responsible for both forward and return shipping charges

2. Eligibility for Returns / Refunds

We offer returns or refunds under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • The wrong item has been delivered
  • The product does not match the description or images on our website

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • All original contents must be included (invoice, tags, packaging, etc.)
  • A return/refund request must be made within 3 days of delivery

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

  • Items purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers

4. Refund & Return Process

To request a return or refund:

Please provide:

  • Order ID
  • Images of the product (in case of damage/defect)
  • Brief explanation of the issue

Processing Timeline:

  • Approved replacement products will be delivered within 5–7 working days
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–4 business days to the original payment method after inspection

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

6. Shipping Policy

  • Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier services or speed post
  • Delivery will be completed within 7 days from the date of order/payment (subject to courier norms)
  • 7Man Menswear is not liable for delays caused by courier partners
  • Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout
  • Delivery confirmation will be sent via email
