Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Dispatch

Orders placed before 12 PM are usually dispatched the same day from Coimbatore. Orders placed after 12 PM are dispatched on the next working day. Every product is quality-checked before dispatch; if a product fails our check, dispatch may take a little longer while we replace it.

2. Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days across India, depending on your pincode.

Delivery may be delayed beyond this time because of:

• high order volume during sales, festivals and offer periods,
• remote or hard-to-reach pincodes,
• courier partner delays, weather, strikes or other situations outside our control.

Delivery dates shown on the website are estimates, not guarantees. A short delay is not a reason for compensation, but we will always help you track your order.

3. Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking details are shared on WhatsApp and email. You can also track it any time at 7man.co.in/pages/track-order.

4. Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Cash on Delivery is not available.

5. Address & delivery attempts

Please enter the full address, pincode and a reachable phone number. If the parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address, the customer being unavailable or refusing the parcel, the re-shipping charge must be paid by the customer.
